for simple bilingual, English – Hungarian real estate sales and purchase agreement the lawyer’s fee is around 0.5% of the market value of the property;
-
for simple bilingual, English – Hungarian real estate gift contracts, the lawyer’s fee is around 0.3% of the market value of the property
As our fees depend mainly on the work to be done, the lawyer’s fee is even more favourable if the market value exceeds HUF 90 million. Please contact us for an individual offer.

The lawyer’s fee for a contract of sale of real estate and a contract of gift of real estate includes the following services:
- drafting the contract, submitting it to the Land Registry;
